Request a Diwa Wow cashout only after the names match
A withdrawal on this sheet is a request you track, not a transfer this website sends. Match the account name to the UPI or bank name, save the reference, and treat pending as a state that needs time rather than a second request.
Names first, amount second
The beneficiary name should match the person who verified the account. A friend’s UPI handle, even with permission, is a mismatch. Stop and use your own.
Check the amount against the withdrawable balance, not against the bonus balance. The card you opted into may have separated those numbers.
Status words worth learning
Submitted means the request exists. Pending means it is waiting on a check or a banking window. Paid means a reference should exist. Failed means you read the reason before you try again.
Sending a second request because the first still says pending can split the record and slow both. One follow-up inside the app is enough for that day.
Keep a slip you could explain later
Save the time, the amount, the in-app reference, and the UPI reference if one appears. Cover account numbers before you show that slip to anyone.
